Punchbowl Invite Guidelines
When sending requests to create Punchbowl Invites please use these guidelines to make sure all necessary information is complete, accurate and can be published on time.
Punchbowl invitations will be emailed 10-14 days prior to event. In order to ensure correct information is sent, please send the following information a minimum of 14 days from your event:
-type of event (i.e. Girl's Night Out, Cookie Exchange, etc.)
-name of meeting place (where is meeting being held)
-complete address, including city, zip and phone number
-brief description (will be used to draft details of invite)
-number of days you want the "reminder" to be sent to the group
-which Punchbowl list you want you invite sent to*
*There are 2 Punchbowl lists.
20-mile radius: this contains approximately 1,200 names of ladies that live within 20 miles
Dues Paying Members: list of current paid RP KD AC members
